Wade is a Solutions Analyst at ITS. In using his trouble-shooting skills, he is able to solve problems quickly and accurately. His boisterous personality gives him the ability to easily build meaningful relationships with clients and put a smile on anyone’s face. Wade loves having the opportunity to help people with their technology needs and work on making their experience with ITS a great one. Before working here, Wade worked as a System Administrator at a private company for 20 years. Since working at ITS, he says that he has become more will-rounded in the ability to work with all types of technology as well as with many people.
