Customers can host their own DVRs to monitor IP based cameras, or for added protection, DVRs can be backed-up using our Offsite Backup service.
Mac OS X Video Surveillance
ITS uses the only viable Mac OSX DVR software, SecuritySpy, for customers with Apple based networks. We depend on our Axis partnership, the visionary behind IP surveillance, to provide trusted surveillance products for our solutions.

Hosted Video Surveillance
To meet the needs of our smaller customers or those with multiple sites, ITS offers a hosted video surveillance solution. Cameras are installed at the customer location and record back to a DVR hosted in the ITS Data Center. Customers gain access to live and recorded footage via a web interface. The system supports motion detection and continuous capture, as well as timelapse recording. There are a variety of cameras available for use with this system, including wireless, infrared, and pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ). Pricing starts at $30 per month.
