Our office and data center location places us within distance of the major hubs we serve: Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, the Quad Cities, Independence, Manchester and more. It’s not too far for our employees that live out of town, and we are able to attract talent to Monticello and draw from the existing talent pool.
Availability and capacity of bandwidth were tops on our wish list, as you can imagine. We picked a parcel of land with multiple internet connections and protection from natural disasters to develop our office and data center.
