Infrastructure Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Analyst to deliver outstanding customer service. Responsible for inbound support calls, troubleshooting computer and network issues onsite and remote. Excellent communication skills and 3 or more years PC experience and/or network support required. Related associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Microsoft and A+ certifications are a plus.
LOW VOLTAGE TECHNICIAN
Infrastructure Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Technician for installation of a complete structured cabling system in a new or existing construction environment. A complete structured cabling system includes category 5e/6/6A horizontal cabling, copper/fiber optic distribution backbone. Prefer an understanding of all construction low voltage system blue prints and symbols, proven knowledge and abilities of installation practices for category 5e/6, and proficient with installation of racking system. Basic computer skills and valid driver’s license with good driving record is required. Knowledge of installation and test of security/CCTV and access control system devices is a plus. Experience with telephone and paging system components a plus.
